Account details (name, email), Instagram account metadata you connect (username, ID, page tokens), automation configuration, and event logs (matched comments, sent DMs). This page is maintained by the EasyDM team.
To operate the service, deliver automations, show analytics, and support your account. We never sell your data.
Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We request only the scopes required to deliver the automations you configure. You can disconnect an Instagram account at any time to revoke access.
Logs are retained for 90 days by default. Deleting your account removes all your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.
We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure and payment providers. A full list is available on request.
You can request export or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@easydm.app.
