By creating an account or using EasyDM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are maintained by the EasyDM team.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to use EasyDM.
EasyDM uses the official Instagram Graph API. You are responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms, Community Guidelines, and messaging policies, including the 24-hour messaging window.
No spam, no harassment, no unlawful content, and no attempts to circumvent rate limits or platform safeguards. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Instagram outages or policy changes may affect delivery.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyDM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
