Sign in to EasyDM, open Settings, and disconnect your Instagram account to immediately revoke our access and remove the stored access token. To remove everything, email us as described below and we will delete your account and all associated records.
Send an email from the address on your EasyDM account to privacy@easydm.app with the subject “Data deletion request” and your connected Instagram username. We confirm the request within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
Your account and profile, connected Instagram account metadata (username, account ID, page and access tokens), automations and their templates, matched comment/DM events, sent-DM logs, queued messages, leads captured through link-in-bio, and referral/payout details.
Billing and invoice records required for tax and accounting law, and minimal records needed to prevent abuse. These are retained separately from your app data and are never used for marketing.
You can also remove EasyDM from Instagram at any time: Instagram app → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove EasyDM. Once access is revoked our automations stop instantly.
