How it works
- 1
Pick the post or reel you want to automate.
- 2
Add trigger keywords (e.g. LINK, INFO, PRICE).
- 3
Write the DM your commenters receive — text, image and buttons.
- 4

Frequently asked questions
Does it work on Reels and carousels?
Yes. Any post or reel type works — comments are monitored in real time via Instagram's official webhooks.
Can different keywords send different DMs?
Yes. Add multiple keywords per automation, or create separate automations for different posts with different replies.
Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. EasyDM uses only the official Instagram Messaging API through Meta's approved platform — no scraping, no unofficial logins.
