Follow Gate
Grow your followers on autopilot: the link unlocks only for people who follow you, with a gentle nudge for those who don't.
How it works
- 1
Create a Follow Gate automation and add your link.
- 2
Someone comments your keyword asking for it.
- 3
EasyDM checks if they follow you — instantly.
- 4
Followers get the link; others get a friendly 'follow me first' nudge, then the link after they do.
Example DM
Almost there! 🙌 Just follow {account} and comment again — your link unlocks the second you do!
Frequently asked questions
How does it check who follows me?
Through the official Instagram Graph API — EasyDM verifies the follow relationship in real time, no manual checking.
Do non-followers get nothing?
They get a nudge to follow. Once they follow and comment again, the link is sent immediately.
Can I combine a Follow Gate with other content?
Yes. The gated link can carry buttons, images or text just like any other DM.
